Entry fee- $25 pre-registration (until the Thursday before the race at Noon) / $30 after and day of event

$20 for students & law enforcement with valid ID, $25 on race day

CHILD, Inc., founded in 1963 is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to being advocates for and serving the needs of Delaware’s children.  CHILD, Inc. works with children who are dependent, neglected and abused and children and families who have been impacted by domestic violence.   Other services provided through CHILD, Inc. include:

The only children’s shelter and runaway center in the state of Delaware
Parenting Education programs and the Children First Program which deals with separation, divorce and visitation.
Specialized foster care
School programs for anger management and preventing dating violence.
Domestic violence services offering shelter and treatment for victims and treatment for the perpetrator of violence.

Bring in your old phones! HopeLine from Verizon collects no-longer used wireless phones, batteries, chargers and accessories in any condition from any service provider to benefit victims and survivors of domestic violence. Donated phones are then turned into valuable resources for nonprofit organizations and agencies that support domestic violence victims and survivors nationwide. Bring any old unused device, batteries and/or accessories from any service provider to donate to HopeLine. Visit the Verizon table for more information and phone donations.

NOTICE: no baby strollers are allowed in the run portion of this event. You may WALK with strollers. No dogs allowed due to insurance liability.  Bibs are non-transferable.  Please reference our policies page for more details.
