Race Management Services

Race Course Management

We’ll help you find a race course, we’ll mark the course, provide safety vests, mile markers, traffic cones, water containers for aid stations, set up digital display clocks and we’ll arrange for traffic control with volunteers and local police jurisdictions.

Race Day Management

We make sure your course is set up properly on the race day and manage the activities to ensure a successful event. As part of our service, we’ll work with volunteers to check in runners and present any awards or announcements you’d like.

Chip Timing Your Event

We offer chip timing services through R2R Timing, utilizing the MYLAPS BibTag chip timing system. This system utilizes a disposable chip that is placed on the back of the runner’s bib. This no-hassle system eliminates any crowding at the finish line and is trusted by many events nationwide including the Boston Marathon, Chicago Marathon, LA Marathon & Houston Marathon among many others!

Online Registration

We offer online registration through Race Roster. They provide race directors and organizations with a simple & cost-effective solution to manage event registrations.
