Course
Course Map
Rockford Park provides a beautiful setting to stage our 5k. Starting and finishing near the Rockford Tower the course takes you around one loop of the park and then out Tower Drive to Penna Ave with a turnaround at A.I. Middle School. Return to Rockford with one more loop around the park. Nice shaded route for early morning run

Walk or run ANY day from now to November 13th . Use a fitness watch or smartphone app to track your distance and time. Take a picture of your record. Share – Submit your time and picture of your record. Submit your results. Share photos on Facebook and Instagram!
