All those participating in the walk/run/plunge will be eligible to purchase a wristband for $5 that would give them access to an after party at Bethany Boathouse which will include a nacho bar and a drink ticket.
Post-event after party wristbands can be purchased for $10 by the public providing access to the nacho bar and one drink ticket.
After party wristbands can be purchased on Friday, December 31st and Saturday, January 1st at packet pick-up and registration.
Register for Team Cottage/Boathouse
Join Team Cottage for the Leo Brady Exercise Like the Eskimos Swim. Register online or in house. $55 per person includes: Registration Fee, Breakfast Buffet, Drink Specials, Liquid Courage Team Apparel, Official Long- Sleeve, Transportation to and from the swim, and Post Plunge Party at The Boathouse with an all you can eat Nacho Bar. - Friday, December 31st at Bethany Boathouse from 12 p.m. – 3 p.m.
- Saturday, January 1st on the Bethany Beach Bandstand (Oceanfront Garfield Pkwy) from 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. for race day packet pick-up. Plunge packet pick-up will go until 11:30am.

- 12pm-3pm – Onsite registration and packet pick-up at Bethany Boathouse for all runners and plungers
- Bethany Boathouse will be open during packet pick up
Saturday, January 1, 2022
- 8:30-9:30am – Race day packet pick-up located at the Coastal Tented Events heated tent on the Bethany Beach Bandstand.
- 10:00am – HOD 5K Start
- 10:05am – 1 Mile walk starts
- 11:00am- HOD 5K Awards
- 11:00am Bethany Boathouse Opens for ELE Post Event Party
- 11:45am- ELE Plungers gather
