Ten Sisters Beach Series Almost Here!

May 27, Memorial Day, marks the official start of the 2013 Ten Sisters Road Race Series at Dewey Beach!

The 11th Highway One Pictures 5k will take place at the Rusty Rudder starting at 8am.

Records set at Delaware Marathon

Congratulations to Bryan Morseman and Lydia Carrick who smashed the overall marathon records with a 2:24:48 and 2:52:11, respectively – the fastest marathon times ever run on Delaware soil.  Over 3000 runners participated in this 10th annual event on a beautiful day in Wilmington, DE.

2013 Pump N Run Rules

Pump N Run returns in 2013 at select events.  This is an event in which you bench press and then run a race of a certain distance and for every rep you complete you get time subtracted from your overall time.  Click the link below to read the full rules.
