How It Works – Post your Virtual Results HERE

1. Register – Choose the Virtual 5K event
2. Race – Run or Walk ANY day from now until Sept 2nd. Use a fitness watch or smartphone app to track your distance and time. Take a picture of your record.
3. Share – Submit your time and picture of your record. Submit your results. Share photos on Facebook and Instagram! Smartphone Apps. There are many free apps that you can download and use to record your virtual results. Use one of these apps to track your run or walk. Or use your favorite app or smartwatch. Most importantly, don’t forget to save your activity and upload your results!

NOTICE: No dogs allowed due to insurance liability. Bibs are non-transferable.

• Awards for top male/female ($50 gift cards)
• Awards for overall male/female masters($25 gift cards)
• Awards for top 3 male/female in 5 year age groups 9 & under through 80 & over
• Awards to top 3 male/female walkers
• Ten sisters awards to fastest beach house team. You must have at least 5 team members and at least 1 female to score. The top 3 places, including at least 1 female, on each team will be combined for the team score. (pre-registration only)
