He was well known in the community and throughout Delaware. His compassion for others and desire to live life to the fullest made a lasting impression on everyone he met. His family and friends would like to create a means to spread awareness about risks of undiagnosed irregular heartbeat, contribute to the town he called home through the Dewey Beach Beautification Project and gather and celebrate his life.

1. Register – Choose the Virtual 5K event
2. Race – Run or Walk ANY day from now until October 2nd. Use a fitness watch or smartphone app to track your distance and time. Take a picture of your record.
3. Share – Submit your time and picture of your record. Submit your results. Share photos on Facebook and Instagram! Smartphone Apps. There are many free apps that you can download and use to record your virtual results. Use one of these apps to track your run or walk. Or use your favorite app or smartwatch. Most importantly, don’t forget to save your activity and upload your results!
