Fast flat route starting and finishing at Ruddertown through the residential neighborhood of Seabreeze with turnaround
in Spring Lake

Open Male (combined average age race day 39 under)
Open Female (combined average age race day 39 under)
Open Co-ed (must include one female ages same as above)
Male Masters (combined average age race day 40 over)
Female Masters (combined average age race day 40 over)
Masters Co-ed (must include one female)
Co-ed Seniors (average age race day 50 over and must include one female)
2 Person Teams:

Captains Program:
Those who have run in all Seven Sisters events 2008 including Highway
One Group 10k and Bottle & Cork ten miler receive
FREE entry into this event as a TEAM Captain. These TEAM Captains will have VIP status at the relay weekend.

Friday Night:
Late registration and packet pick up will be held from 5 to 7 pm at the
Rusty Rudder in Ruddertown. A great way to have a TEAM meeting to discuss race strategy over a Michelob
Ultra. Can't make Friday night packet
pick up? You can pick up race packets Saturday morning starting at 8:30 am at Ruddertown.
