Register by mail – universal entry form (Delaware Hospice 5k, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963). Make checks payable to Delaware Hospice. All mailed in registrations must be received byFriday, June 23rd.

Regular- $25 pre-registration (until Sunday, June 25th) / $30 after and day of event
Group of 4- $75 pre-registration (until Sunday, June 25th)
