WEB SITE - We promote your event on this web site (http://www.races2run.com/), which generates over 50,000 hits per month. ("Hits" represent the number of times people access the home page of this site.)

RACE ENTRY FORMS – We distribute entry forms for your event at area retail locations and at other events we manage.  Plus we are able to distribute your race apps at other running events in the tri state area.

OTHER MEDIA - We can arrange for radio and newspaper coverage of your event.
RACE MANAGEMENT SERVICES.

RACE COURSE MANAGEMENT - We'll help you find a race course, we'll mark the course, provide safety vests,  mile markers, traffic cones, water containers for water stops,  set up digital display clocks and we'll arrange for traffic control with volunteers and local police jurisdictions. .

RACE DAY MANAGEMENT – We make sure your course is set up properly on the race day and manage the activities to insure a successful event.  As part of our service, we’ll work with volunteers to check in runners and present any awards or announcements you’d like. 

CHIP TIMING YOUR EVENT
races2run now offers two types of chip timing services.  We use the IPICO chip timing system where a small chip the size of half a credit card is worn on your shoe and taken off when you finish the race. 

The other chip  timing system is called MyLaps where the chip is attached to the back of the race bib and is disposable.  Both chip timing systems offer both gun and chip  times.
