            sign up in person with cash or check till  Dec.  22nd  3 pm.  Located in Greenville Crossing One   

NOTICE:  NO BABY STROLLERS ARE ALLOWED IN THE RUN PORTION OF THIS EVENT.    YOU MAY WALK WITH STROLLERS.  NO DOGS ALLOWED DUE TO INSURANCE LIABILITY

 Race Time:   12 NOON  start!   (Registration opens at 11 am)                                                                                                    
Location:      Central Branch YMCA, 501 W. 11th St. Wilmington, DE                           Directions
                           NOTE:  registration will take place downstairs in the Wilmington Room. 
Parking:       Free parking at YMCA parking lot located behind the Y or park on street at meter.                                  
Benefits:      Central Branch YMCA Strong Kids Campaign
 Course :        USATF certified.  Starts on Delaware Ave near YMCA and finishes under Washington Street Bridge.

Amenities:    Tee shirts, refreshments, use of showers and lockers at Y.  Bring lock and towel.                               
                            Also free parking on streets of Wilmington    
                           The Washington Street Ale House will provide a free beer to all runners and walkers who stop by
                           after the race wearing a race number.   Great place to watch football  .   
                           Located right behind the Central Y on Washington Street.                                        
 Awards:       Overall male and female winners plus
                    Top 3 in ten year age groups 13 under through age 49.. 
                    Top 2 in age groups 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 over.
                          Top 2 male and female walkers.   
                          EdJaH Chip timing systems will be used for this event.  (a division of races2run)
